What this website collects, why, and who helps us process it.
This page describes how the website is built. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may not cover every requirement that applies to your location.
What we collect
Contact form. Your name, email, company, industry, the reason you're getting in touch and your message. We also record the page you first landed on and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source).
Al, the chat assistant. Your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. We do not store chat transcripts. If you choose to share your name and email in chat so we can follow up, we store those details and a short summary of what you need.
Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Abuse prevention. To limit spam we keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address for up to an hour. We never store the IP address itself.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, send you a confirmation that we received it, and understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics.
- Neon stores contact and chat inquiries in a database.
- Resend delivers our notification and confirmation emails.
- Anthropic processes chat messages to generate Al's replies.
- Microsoft 365 hosts our email inbox.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to work with you, then delete them. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@killsaas.ai.
